Ecommerce Tracking Where Every Platform Sees The Same Sale
An ecommerce store makes one sale, and then GA4, Meta, Google Ads and TikTok report four different numbers, or none. The problem is rarely the platforms. It is the event journey from product view to purchase, broken at different steps for different tools. We rebuild ecommerce tracking as one system: the same events, the same values, sent everywhere, validated against your real orders.
What Is Included
- ✓Complete event journey: view_item, view_item_list, add_to_cart, view_cart, begin_checkout, add_payment_info, purchase
- ✓Product-level data on every event: item IDs, names, prices, quantities, currency and order value
- ✓Platform parity: GA4 and each ad platform receive the same events with the same values
- ✓Builds for Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and custom stores, including checkout extensibility limits handled properly
- ✓Cross-domain and checkout-domain tracking fixed end to end
- ✓Refund and post-purchase events where the platform supports them
- ✓Validation against real store orders before sign-off, plus a written event map
How It Works
Audit the event journey against your store’s real data.
Rebuild the data layer and events.
Connect every platform and deduplicate.
Validate against live orders and document.
Frequently Asked Questions
My store is on Shopify. Is this still needed?
Yes. Shopify’s built-in channel apps cover the basics for a few platforms, but GA4 parity, custom events, server-side coverage and cross-platform consistency still need a proper setup.
Why do my platforms disagree about the same day?
Different events fire (or fail) for each tool, and each counts differently. One event journey, validated against orders, is what makes the numbers reconcile.
Do you work with custom-built stores?
Yes. Custom stores need a documented data layer first, then the same event system. That is most of our custom work.
